Muay Thai (Fundamentals) – The Fundamentals class focuses on the fundamental techniques related to the art of Muay Thai; basic techniques such as proper stance, punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and clinch techniques (plum).

 

Muay Thai (All Level) – All level classes consist of timing drills, pad work, and counts/combinations of Muay Thai Kickboxing. These classes are open to beginners and advanced students.

 

Open Training – During Open Training this is an opportunity to hone the techniques you have learned or to get in a workout. Coaches will be available to assist and answer questions.

HIIT Circuit  (High Intensity Interval Training) – HIIT is an enhanced form of interval training; an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercises. T.T.B Muay Thai utilizes HIIT training to create specific training that will include bag work, medicine ball drills, and other functional exercises to increase overall strength, stamina and muscle endurance.
